As a consideration for others and as a safety concern, children must not be left unattended unless they are receiving a service.
Our guests are scheduled to allow sufficient time for a specific service. For this reason we would greatly appreciate it if you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
Should a cancellation be necessary, please call us a minimum 24 hours ahead of you appointment time. A cancellation with less notice may result in a service charge.
For spa treatments, please wear something comfortable. We will provide you with a robe and sandals for your appointment.
Gift Cards are always available. However, we cannot give refunds on lost or stolen cards.
All services are guaranteed with use of our recommended professional products.
